Take my Volvo, strip as much weight as I can out of it, except the heater and seats and then paint it yellow, with "Cone Taxi" on the side, an orange cone attached to the roof and "Providing Cone to Cone Service" as the slogan.

I'm leaving the heater and heated seats, because winter driver.
